Saturday October 5th 2024, in #TURIN a Solemn Ceremony will take place to celebrate the 250th anniversary of GdF. October 5th in Turin, in the beautiful setting of Piazza Castello, as part of the celebration for the 250th anniversay of the foundation of GdF, a historical re-enactment will be held, with a parade in antique uniforms, to the strains of the Corps Band starting at 11 a.m. , in the presence of Minister Giorgetti and Commander General, Gen C.A. de Gennaro.
Next a visit to the display stands of the “GdF Village” and to the historical exhibitioni in Palazzo Madama, open until november 4th. The day will finish, at 19.15, with the musical performance by the Corps Band at the sala “Fucine” of Officine Grandi Riparazioni. Will be present to represent 150 (among Finanzieri and Inspectors trainees) that will partecipate in antique uniforms, from the first ones onwards. There will be a live feed from 11 a.m., on one of the National Broadcasting Channels RAI.
